Invitations

Track sent invitations, delivery outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Use Invitations to monitor all invitation activity after sending.

This page helps your team see who was invited, what happened next, and where follow-up is needed.

  • Revoke invitation (for pending/sent invitations).

Suggested daily workflow (near event date)

  1. Filter for invitations still pending.
  2. Check delivery outcomes.
  3. Resend to priority guests who have not opened.
  4. Revoke unused invitations when allocation is tight.

Co-host note

Co-hosts see invitation access details here when allocations are configured.

If invitation access is not enabled, co-host sending actions are unavailable.

Commercial rule reminder

Accepted invitation access is invitation-based and complimentary for invited guests, even when the linked ticket is usually paid.
