Send Invites

Add recipients, choose tickets, and send invitation-based access.

Use Send Invites when you want to send invitation-based guest access.

This page is where you choose recipients, link invitations to tickets, and send in controlled batches.

Before large sends

Run a small test batch first, especially when using CSV upload.

Recipient sources

You can add recipients using:

  • Manual: add people one by one,
  • Bulk Upload: import recipients using CSV,
  • CRM: visible in the interface, but not currently available for sending in this flow.

Advanced settings

Ticket linkage

You can invite against one ticket or multiple tickets.

Use this to keep invitation strategy aligned to ticket tiers.

Guests per invitation

This controls how many guests one invitation can include.

Set this deliberately, especially for private or high-demand events.

Co-host limits

If you are a co-host, send volume can be limited by organizer allocations.

Sends can be blocked when:

  • no invitation access is assigned,
  • invitation balance is exhausted,
  • selected tickets are outside your allowed ticket scope.

Pricing rule for invited guests

Invitations are complimentary for invited guests.

Even if the selected ticket is usually paid, invited guests register through invitation access rather than standard paid checkout.

After sending

Go to Invitations to monitor delivery, acceptance, resends, and revokes.
