Welcome to Art Circles. Learn what it does, why organizers use it, and where to start.

Art Circles helps organizers run events from one place, from setup to guest check-in.

What you can do inside the dashboard

Plan and launch events

Use Events to create public, private, and external events, manage co-hosts, set ticket structure, and prepare operations.

Grow attendance intentionally

Use Promotions and Marketing to run campaigns, create tracking links, build promo-code offers, and monitor channel performance.

Manage guests with confidence

Use Send Invites, Invitations, and Scanners to control access and run smooth entry.

Keep relationships warm

Use CRM to manage contacts, follow-up opportunities, and your sales pipeline.

Learn what is working

Use Reports to measure views, traffic sources, conversions, revenue, and top-performing events.

Your first launch flow

  1. Review your account and workspace details in Settings.
  2. Create your event in Events.
  3. Build your ticket setup in Tickets.
  4. Invite support collaborators in Co-hosts if needed.
  5. Send guest access through Send Invites.
  6. Promote with Promotions.
  7. Track outcomes in Reports.

Important invitation rule

If you send a person a ticket invitation, that invited guest registers through an invitation flow.

Even when the linked ticket type is normally paid, invitation access is complimentary for that invited guest.

Use this intentionally for VIPs, partners, sponsors, press, and curated guest lists.
