Team Members

Invite, assign roles, and manage workspace collaborators.

Team Members is for workspace-level collaboration.

Use this page to control who can work in your organization and what role they have.

What you can do

  • invite members by email,
  • assign role (admin/member),
  • review invitation and member status,
  • edit member role,
  • revoke pending invites,
  • remove active members.

Statuses you may see

  • Invite sent
  • Accepted
  • Declined
  • Revoked
  • Expired
  • Active

Role model

Admin

Can manage workspace settings and team access.

Member

Can collaborate with more limited admin control.

Team Members vs Co-hosts

  • Team member: workspace-level access.
  • Co-host: event-level access.

If someone should only help on one event, use Co-hosts.
